Hi people some previous owner has put a renault engine&6 speed gearbox in my 52 plate vivaro. It has no position for the speed sensor where it should go is blanked of , not a plug though any ideas how I can get the speedo working. Thanks Martin

Electric windows conversion
Hi all I have had a search but can't find much about it
I have a 06 vivaro with manual windows and really want to get electric ones I've looked but I don't have the relay box on the passengers side under the glove box so looks like changing the door loom option is out
Has anyone done it in any other way

Hi guys just won't to pick some brains! I have a vauxhall mavano recovery truck 2000 plate 2.0 diseal non turbo it is currently 80bhp I won't more bhp and more torque but I have been told re napping it won't achieve much because it's not turbo? Could some one point me in the right direction here?

Side door inner grab handle?
Hi~
Wondering if anyone can help? Have just got a Trafic LWB Conversion. Closing side door bit of a pain as nothing to hold when closing. Have noticed holes in door at window level then saw a Vivaro with a grab handle in that spot. Has anyone the part No or who stocks them or is it a visit to the Scrappers?

Vivaro wont start

So this is my story -
I bought my Vivaro swb 03 plate 1.9 80bhp from a potential new boss :S all was well van drove well but felt really underpowered i guess thats cause its only 80 horse.
about 3-4 weeks after i got the van one day on my way to work the coil light the glow plug one flashed off for a second and straight back on and it stayed on while driving. i thought this was strange but the driving itself wasnt effected. This lasted about a week then one...

Please help, I have a 2004 (54 ) Movano DTI 3500 MWB,
It has been a brilliant, reliable van for 5 years. At the moment it has an annoying electrical problem. 9 out off 10 nights it is fine then the next morning I come to it and the battery has drained completely flat.
At the moment I am removing the battery every night as I never know when this is going to happen. The fuse in the picture is the one which has the drain but I can not find what it actually works....

mass air flow vivaro 1.9 cdti
fault codes po 100 not prescent po 400 not prescent mass air flow sensor circuit high imput, van gone sluggish garage wont go by my codes and wanr to charge me 35 quid for what i already know before the garage will give me another sensor , what if there computer shows different then i have paid for nowt.

pressure relief valve ???
2002 1.9dti ,just having a sort out with my van ,starting problems .checked glow plug relay power to and from it power to glow plugs ,,ive read with intrest that it maybe the pressure relief vavle ,,, mine hasnt got one just the rail with the tubeing to injectors on the right hand side looking into the bay there looks like a push on grey connector with a tube going to the far right injector and thats connected to the rail

Yep running fault
Hi there this post has probably has been done many times but I can't seem to find a straight answer. Recently developed a fault by when pulling off quite fast the van hesitates, I wouldn't say miss firing. More like someone taking the foot off the accelerator pedal then straight back on.
The van has had all four new injectors 10 months ago. Also fitted a new maf sensor. I've bought myself a code reader and comes up with these codes:

P0110
P0235
P0045
Now I know the mass...

Op-Com is not installing??
Hi all. I have finally got a few days off so i have tried to install op com on my lap top and its not having none of it....
I put the disc in and manage to open the user instruction file but when i try the .rar file, it tries to open up with Adobe and says it is not recognised.
Also when the op-com is plugged into the usb it does not recognise it and prompts me to search for a driver.
Any help appreciated guys....
(my laptops running windows 7 if that helps and i'm not too clued up with...

Vivaro Clunking
Hi my 2002 Vivaro 1.9 Cdti has developed a clunk when releasing the clutch this happens in gear and when in neutral if I press and release quickly it doesn't do it but if I hold my foot on the clutch for a couple of seconds it clunks. Did these early ones have DMF? Any ideas as to what it can be?

I noticed about a week ago my wipers didn't work one morning checked fuse all was ok, that's my skills limit.
Then I notice that with the radio on if I flash my lights or push the horn something is making the radio go off for random amounts of time. Now I have no wipers, no horn, no side lights, no interior lights, no radio, no clue.
When I get up and go to work I know that the radio will work fine all day so long as I don't flash or bib the same with the interior lights.
A friend of mine...

Movano radio turning off after 5 minutes
Hi,
My company have just changed my Trafic for a Movano. Nice van (better than the Transit my mate has), but it does have one annoying habit - the radio turns itself off after 5 minutes. It seems the only way to get it back on is to open the door, shut the door and then the radio will work for another 5 minutes.
Is there any way to alter the time the radio will stay on? I have looked in the manual and it's not helpful.

Hi all. I'm after some help. I pulled up at home vans fine running fine went to go out and she won't start sometimes tries but doesn't.I've tried easy start with no difference so my mates put his scanner on her which came up can sensor fault so I've replaced that and it still has the fault showing. So were thinking the chains slipped so I've ordered new chain and locking kit and going to do it this weekend. But I can't find any procedure or instructions on how to use the locking kit or change...
