Hi,

I’m looking for some help running a Dabs aerial from the head unit to the passenger windscreen stanchion and a mic from the same to the driver’s side.


I have searched with a few different key words but can’t find any information regarding removing parts of the dash to make this easier.


Any help would be great, cheers

Vivaro 2011
When I pull away in 1st gear the engine sounds like its going to fall out. Horrendous vibration.
I can pull away in 2nd no problem
It also does it in reverse.
If its cold its not as bad but when warm arggh
Is this a new clutch??

Just pulled off from a set of lights in first, gone for second and nothing, stick moves up and down but not going into any gear. Does this mean the linkage has come off? I'm stuck in first, clutch still ok so I can drive it. On nights tonight so going to try and limp into work in first gear and look at it and try and temp repair tonight (I hope) !!!!
Any help or advice welcome
It's a vivaro 1.9cdti on an 04 plate.

Hi all sorry to cover this but I've looked all over for an answer.

I have a 2003 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 and the immobiliser has been playing up for a while now not switching off but I just used to open close central locking on the key fob and it would turn off,but now its on solid.

I,ve tried the spare key (which has never worked it must not be coded) and the light flashes fast saying there is no signal from key to transponder,so when I use usual key it's a solid red light the key is ok...

Evening all

I'm driving an 65 plate bi-turbo 2900 lwb vivaro everything was going great but the alarm has started going off on it own.

I double lock it and it will go off there are no beeps or nothing I deactivate the ultrasonic sensors by holding down the lock button on the two button key fob until it emits four beeps which working until today it is now going off even with the sensors deactivated I don't know if the hot weather has something to do with it.

I had the aa out and couldn't...

After investigating my creaky suspension today I found the two bushings on my nearside suspension arm are completely shot. Prices on the internet seem to vary anywhere from £92 for a single lemforder to £30 for a cheap eBay one.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what to buy?

Hi all

As title says I'm after a wiring diagram for a 2004 1.9 vivaro as I'm getting nowhere with this immobiliser solid red light even after changing ecu,bcm,transponder and key!

Hi does anyone have the torque setting for the injector hold down clamp bolt?
Should I use a new bolt or ok to re use the old one?
This is for the 2.0 m9r nissan engine

Hey all,

Having a few issues when driving my vivaro at the moment, it's the 2.0 m9r, as there is flat spots while accelerating mainly in 3rd and up gear wise.

I've read through another thread and have just replaced the boost solenoid, but now it seems to buzz more than the previous which had no audible buzzing and my issue is still there.

Shall I replace the boost sensor as well? I notice when having that unplugged the buzzing from the solenoid gets worse.

On top of this if anyone knows...

Van went into limp mode, again!
This time there are no fault codes to read, only an intermittent fault on the EGR. I`ve blanked it off by rotating it, re-attached the wire connector but still stuck in limp mode.
Ive checked and cleaned the famous blue connector block with no effect.
Any ideas please?

Hello,

I had my van off the road for a few weeks and when I started driving it I done a few small trips throughout the day and it stalled while I was parking it, and a few hours after that it stalled again coming out of the parking space. I managed to get it home and it stalled again on my drive.

OPcom initial read was
P0190 fuel pressure solenoid valve circuit low
P0400

deleted the faults and started the engine and it stalled a second later, next attempt it just turned over and didn't...

hello,

my alternator died the other week and i ordered a replacement and when it arrived it was slightly damaged due to inadequate packaging. I thought i'd put the part in anyway but it wouldn't fit.. The alternator wouldn't fit over the area for the bolts to go through, i was like a few mm too short. I sent it back and got another replacement which fitted fine but when starting the engine the alternator wasn't charging the battery. I found one from a local dealer and collected it today and...

Need some help here as I'm getting to the end of my tether. Next doors Trafic won't start and I agreed to have a look. Immobiliser light stays lit constantly, STOP light stays on, and no glow plug light. I've scanned it with Delphi, and it says 040 CAN-No comms with ECM. Imobiliser recognises the key. Can anyone help me...please..
I have a Vauxhall Vivaro 2005 and it keeps going into limp mode.
I have had the RAC out twice as both times it was dangerous to drive that slow on the roads where i live.

The Rac plugged pc in and said it was the EGR valve, so got that replaced, now its doing it again, so the RAC said it was the air flow sensor, so replaced that, and its still doing it unless i unplug the lead that plugs directly into the sensor.
I dont know what to do, as the air filter has...

Hi all

I have a 61 plate vivaro restricted to 62mph

It has been with Evans Halshaw for an entire day, plus Renault plus Vospers (where I purchased it)

All say the vehicle is factory restricted and is hard lined therefore you cannot take the restricter off :/

Is this the case as I will have to give a good example of a vivaro back as I was sold it without being told

Your advice is much appreciated

evening all just wonder if anyone has any ideas
Changed the fuel filter and noticed the hand primer wasn't working so went and got a new one. Pre tested it in a little bottle of diesel and it works.
Connected it up to the van but it still won't draw diesel from the tank
Manually sucked on the pipe from the tank and fuel came through so now I have no idea what to check next....anyone had this before?
