Clutch switch

Could anyone tell me where and the easiest way to replace the clutch switch please.
Ive tried to have a look from the bottom but I need at least another joint in my arm.
I have the revving while the clutch is pressed, but if I flick out the pedal on the upwards stroke it seems to free the switch for a while and what a different beast it is when working correctly.
